Paras
Director
Paras is the Director of Turning Point Support. She brings a rare blend of commercial acumen and human-centred care to the disability sector, with a strong focus on building high-quality, compliant procedures, governance, and organisational development. Paras is deeply committed to upholding the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
At Turning Point Support, Paras is actively involved in shaping service delivery models, staff development initiatives, and quality assurance frameworks. She is known for her hands-on leadership style, strategic thinking, and unwavering advocacy for participant rights.
Paras believes that high-quality support coordination is not just about systems and referrals, but about trust, continuity, and genuinely walking alongside people as they build safer, more independent, and more fulfilling lives.

Hi! My name is Michelle!
I have a Bachelor of Psychology and have a Diploma in Community Services. I have experience in the NDIS, youth and aged care sectors supporting people of all walks of life to achieve their goals and live their best life!
I have my own lived experience of a disability that I have had since I was young. I understand the complexities of the system, the importance of feeling heard and having a reliable support network to help you through. I am passionate about using a person-centred approach to empower you to achieve your goals, celebrate your wins and be there for you when times get tough. I believe in the power of a positive mindset and will always try and see the bright side to any situation!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my partner and 2 beautiful children. I love being out in nature whether it be down by the beach or finding a hidden creek on a nature trail. I love to read, play video games, paint and draw!

My background includes Nutrition, Health - Life Sciences, Community Development, Event Management, Mental Health, Customer Relations and Team Leadership.
My attributes are authentic, reliable, adaptable, calm and attentive. I endeavor to take the time to truly understand individuals needs, goals, and challenges, ensuring connection to tailored support and services and assist in maximising the benefits of their NDIS plans
I truly believe that support is the key element in helping individuals navigate life challenges empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal goals.
I actually love hearing about others passions and interests, but here are some of mine. Staying active, running, exploring nature or basking in a scenic view, playing with my 3 kids, delicious food, a morning coffee and a good crime podcast.

Hi my name is Suela!
I am a qualified Social Worker and have a background in Child Protection. I also have a Graduate Certificate in Disability Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy. Through Child Protection I have supported children, young people and their families with their NDIS plans and worked closely with Support Coordinators to support our families. I have worked with vulnerable families to support them in overcoming adversities and empowering them to independence.
I am passionate about meeting new people and supporting them in the best way possible to achieve their goals and live life to their fullest. I look forward to meeting new people and feel privileged to be part of people’s stories. I always love being challenged as it pushes me to do my best possible work and achieve the best outcomes for the people I am working with.
In my spare times I love to spend time with my kids and family. We love spending time at the beach, and you will always find sand in our car or home. I love to cook, to entertain and I have made it my goal to grow my own herb garden.

Andrea
Support Coordinator
With 7 years of experience in the NDIS, Andrea has held roles within plan management organisations, non for profits, and core providers, serving now as a support coordinator.
Her strong proficiency in navigating the NDIS enables her to confidently support both neurodiverse and physically disabled participants, ensuring they are connected to appropriate services.
Andrea is experienced in applying for changes in circumstances and actively ensures participants’ goals are being met by their providers.
She is known for her kindness, respectfulness, and professionalism.

Anjali
Support Coordinator
Hi, my name is Anjali, and I am a Support Coordinator with Turning Point Support. I hold a background in Human Services and have supported individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including people with disabilities, young people, and refugees, to access the right services and achieve their goals.
As a Support Coordinator, my focus is on helping NDIS participants understand and make the most of their funding, build capacity, and connect with the right supports to enhance their independence and quality of life. I value a person-centred and culturally sensitive approach and work closely with participants, families, and providers to ensure supports are well-coordinated and effective.
I am passionate about empowering participants to feel confident in navigating their NDIS journey and achieving outcomes that matter most to them.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the beach to watch sunsets and love exercising, running, and practicing yoga.

Charlie
Support Coordinator
Hi, I’m Charlie!
I hold an Honours degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, with a background in mentoring and a passion for connecting with people. I enjoy taking the time to get to know each person individually, and take pride in fostering a supportive, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental environment.
As a support coordinator, I’m passionate about making things easier, removing the confusion, and helping people feel more in control of their choices. My role allows me to build genuine connections with people and work with them to establish a strong support network. I aim to lessen the stress on your shoulders as much as possible, so you can focus on what really matters to you.
Outside of work, I’m usually found riding the highs and lows of being a Port Adelaide supporter, reading non-fiction, or spending every spare minute at the beach.

Hi my name is Emma!
I have over 25 years experience working in the health sector with my background and qualifications in Community Service & Health, Nutrition, Counselling and Health Promotion.
I am passionate about a holistic approach to health and empowering people in their lives. I am an empathetic listener and I enjoy getting to know people and what makes them tick! I love being organised, creative and I have a fun sense of humour. I look forward to working with you.
In my spare time I like to go for long hikes in nature or swim in the ocean! If these are not achievable a simple deep breath and focus on mother nature around me helps me feel grounded! Coffee also helps!

I bring a positive attitude, a passion for treating everyone as an individual and an equal, and a genuine interest in hearing YOUR story and doing my best to ensure this next chapter is the best one yet!

I am very excited to be part of this supportive team as it enables me to provide you with the most relevant and up-to-date information regarding your NDIS plan, as well as to provide tailored and personalised support for you as an individual. I will support you to ensure you have a thorough understanding of your rights and options regarding the NDIS services so that you can feel confident you are receiving the best possible resources and supports available to you. Supporting you throughout your journey to living your best life.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and my two beautiful kelpie dogs. I love to cook, and I also love baking decorative cakes. My hobbies include exercising, reading and spending time outdoors in the sun.

I have qualifications in Youth work, Crisis support, Disability care, Education support, Children's Yoga and Shine Sexual Health Education facilitator for Year 8 to 10s. I have been supporting vulnerable people in the community for over 12 years in various sectors such as Child Protection, Department of Education, NGOs, Disability Support services and Carer support services with Carers SA.
My life purpose is to empower those that require advocacy, guidance and support on their goals and needs. To be that person that genuinely listens and understands the individual.
In my spare time I'm kept busy with my daughter, husband, 2 dogs and 2 cats. I love animals, children, nature, food and travel.

I bring over 15 years of leadership, customer service and community engagement experience to my role as a Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach. Having led high-performing teams and supported diverse individuals, I blend professionalism and emotional intelligence with a genuine passion for people.
My approach is grounded in empathy, clear communication and a deep belief that everyone deserves to live with dignity and independence. I also draw on my experience supporting loved ones through chronic illness management and significant mental health challenges, insight that helps me understand the realities individuals and families face when navigating health systems and ongoing care.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family, moving my body, being in nature and finding joy in simple moments. I'm passionate about personal development and growth, enjoy reading, and have a soft spot for old music that makes me feel grounded and nostalgic.

Hi, I'm Selina!
I have a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences and am currently applying for a Master’s degree. I bring three years of experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator, working with participants of all ages and backgrounds, including those with complex psychological and neurological needs. With a comprehensive understanding of NDIS processes and compliance, I support participants in accessing and coordinating services tailored to their individual needs and goals.
I am passionate about providing a client-focused approach, supporting and building trusting relationships with participants from diverse backgrounds. I help participants navigate the NDIS, ensuring their needs and goals are represented, while supporting access to funding, developing skills, and connecting with support networks. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs, including those affected by trauma and addiction.
I joined Turning Point Support in 2025 and have completed training in Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, enabling me to provide services as a Psychosocial Recovery Coach. I also undertake annual training in Support Coordination to stay up to date with NDIS changes and provide exemplary support to participants.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants, staying active at the gym, relaxing at the beach, and starting my mornings with an iced latte.
